Chocolate vine

The chocolate vine is a vigorous climber with oblong leaves. The main attraction of this plant are the creamy white spicy vanilla scented (we know it’s called a “chocolate vine”, confusing right?) clusters of flowers which appear in spring – we’ve never seen anything like them!

This plant’s flowers are attractive to pollinators, such as butterflies and bees. Green spaces in our towns and cities have been disappearing so even if you’ve got a small outdoor space, having a few pollinator friendly plants will provide food, whilst also helping your space look bright and colourful.

Please note, this plant is currently not looking its best, but rest assured, it’s a healthy plant, new foliage will be healthy and the plant will bloom beautifully again come spring and summer.
