Bring a blast of blue to your space, with tall globes of flowers throughout summer. Happy in pots or in borders, and reaching heights of up to 1m, agapanthus provide a versatile addition to any garden.
Once the flowers have faded, some gardeners like to leave the seedheads on to feed birds over winter and give some structural interest. Either way, don’t cut them off too early in late summer, or you won’t get flowers next year.
